Training and Facilitation

Collective Impact offers a wide range of interactive learning and facilitation services, including training on numerous topics and facilitation around specific processes.  Our interactive and experiential approach to learning engages clients in an enjoyable experience and results in greater retention of educational content.  Our facilitation services help organizations and communities build capacity to take their projects and initiatives to scale.   
Employees or volunteers are generally the "heart and soul" of an organization. Their collective efforts represent the organizations' mission in action.  Collective Impact provides specialized training activities to help employees and/or volunteers perform better and represent organizations and communities in the best possible way.  We also offer training and development services for non-profit and collaborative boards. These services help board members to better understand their roles and responsibilities, as well as ways to function more effectively as a team. 
Project development or mobilization can be challenging and time consuming for organizations and communities, especially for small entities.  Collective Impact offers facilitation and change management services to address these challenges.  We can directly facilitate projects or initiatives, or mentor others to prepare them for facilitation activities.  Collective Impact is skilled at developing partnerships through our unique grassroots mobilization strategies.  These partnerships can help clients achieve more with less by mobilizing all available resources for their projects or initiatives.
